I'm 13 years old and recently i had walked by one of mirrors and i noticed that at the corner of my eye that my reflection had stopped to stare at me and then when i turned to look at it that's when it also turned but in a different direction to match my body. i feel like something is watching or observing me in some way. i told my parents and my dad had covered the mirror for me while my mom told me that it's all in my head and that my imagination is running wild. my little sister and i used to try and scare our parents by telling them we see ghost and stange things but now that this happened i regret it. now the same thing happen twice in a different mirror and in my reflection on the tv. everytime it happens, my heart drops at the chilling sight of my reflection staring at me and then turning to match my body after it notices that i saw it. i think that i might have a mental illness of some sort but this kind of thing has never happened before. my parents don't wanna carry me to a doctor cause they think i might end up in a mental home and i'm afraid to ask them to get me spiritual or physhic help. but i need to get some type of help or answers just to know if something is really pretending to be me in the mirror and just to know what it wants. please help.
