ok not normal, ofc it is normal.
but i have a friend who is having a birthday party at 8.30pm-03am and my parents wont let me go as they think it is too late. I think the latest I could be out to a party like that is 10pm, and if they were picking me up. But they would prefer me to do something in the daytime.
I just feel a bit :/ because everyone has birthday things in the evenings – night, so will I never be able to go to birthday things?

my parents are the exact same, but trust me your not miasing out on much.
i know it may seem unfair coz all your friends can go and there parents are all cool with it. but it doesnt matter you can honestly so more things that you will enjoy rather then going out to party !

nah,my parents let me out like until 10pm.it depends on your age to determine if its normal
