My neighbor is really creepy, he is twenty years old, and he stared into my bedroom window through his attic window. Every time I would look through my window I would see him. I bought a very thick curtains so now he can't. Now I have a pool in my backyard and I see him watching me when I am back there. I was eating dinner with my family on the porch and there he was watching me. When I pointed him out to my parents he stepped away from the window. He always is around me. I am only fifteen years old. He scares me. Can I call the cops? Could he be arrested? Is that illegal? Is there something I can do?
