so my mom was annoying me about not cleaning my room while i was cleaning it i got pissed so i punched the drywall and she called the cops and said i need to be mentally evaluated i was forced to go to a mental hospital and after a couple hours a docter came and evaluated me she said i was perfectly normal and i need to leave my mom argued and said she wants me to stay in the hospital the whole summer and the hospital security took me out it….it was like a jail in there…..she said the landlord saw the broken drywall and he put a tresspass against me i think she is lying….she probaly doesnt want me to come back in the house…so she sent me to her friends house and she said that she wants to put me under her custody im not under her custody yet…is this legal and do i have the right to refuse also when she moved me to her friends house she started digging in my suitcase and took what she wanted…and the cops said that i dont own anything all my stuff belongs to my mom i was like wtf this is a bunch of baloney…so right now im at my moms friend house im not allowed to leave im not allowed to use the phone or get out the house….my first attempt to leave thier house she called all 3 of her sons to chase me and whop me they dragged me into thier house and thier whole family started beating me all of her sons are older than 21 and still live with thier parents im only 15 i tried to call the cops and she doesnt let me use the phone because she knows i will call the cops and ocasianally when i do somthing they dont like they all beat mehave a couple bruises on my a face they hit me whenever they feel like it and if i swing back they all jump me…i feel helpless there is nothing i can do…even worse my mom knows what going on and she encourages them to hit me and says i need to get disiplined this isnt even disipline this is torture and child abuse they are not home now so im using thier computer to type this queston on yahoo answers so my questions are 1.is my mom allowed to leave me im a mental hospital for days and put me under the custody of someone who abuses me and encouaged the abuse ? 2 is my land lord allowed to put a tresspass against me because i broke the dryall ? 3 could these desisions put my mom in jail ? 4 because my mom is lying about the tresspass am i allowed to come back in my moms house….i live in the same bedroom with my moms friend oldest son and he has a 20 pound dumbell i was thinking ifsmash his head with that dumbell while he is asleep what kind of damages could it do to him could he die ? if this is a nessacary step on getting my freedom from thier abuse i will do it !!!
