i hate my brother, he is three years older than me (he's 16, i'm 13) he has always been an ***, recently he got in trouble for smoking pot, so our dad tore the computer out of his wall, so my older brother came into my room, asking to use my laptop, i said "no, you got in trouble so if dad saw that you were using my laptop, he would take that away, and i'm not the one who continuously smokes pot, so no, no you can't" in reply he said "i don't care you little ****, give me the laptop or i'll kick your ***!" so i left, then my mum (who has bladder problems, was walking by my room to go to the bathroom, she caught my older brother on the laptop, and yelled at him, he left my room, but when i was watching TV in another room, he went into my room, took my microscope, broke half of my microscope slides, burnt my notes on my slides, then got a shard of one of my slides, and cut me with it, which happened to be a slide of a live cold virus, so now i have a inch long cut on my arm, that was bleeding badly, but now is healed, and i have a cold. he then threatened me by choking me up against a wall, and saying "snitch on my again and i will kill you," when i didn't even tell on him, and all my mum did was make him get out of MY room. i didn't even say anything about the slides and microscope, and she doesn't even know about it, i've tried talking to my parents, but all they do is take away his computer, or his facebook, or his phone. he smokes weed at his friends house weekly, and he goes of to girlfriends house and has sex, and all he gets is a slap on the wrist, he makes failing grades, and has only read maybe four books in his life, he has always been like this since i was three, he makes fun of me for having no friends, when i have tons, i just don't like to bring them over to my house, because whenever i do, he makes fun of them, and says a bunch of **** about them in their faces, that they stop being friends with me, he even made fun of my girlfriend, she then broke up with me. because i couldn't do anything, i tried hitting him, but he just laughed and beat me up, he has probably beaten me up to the point of blood and scars 56 times, he has choked me 62 times, one of those times i passed out because i couldn't breath, he is also and *** to my little brother, and has nearly broken my little brothers arm, how can i stop him from doing **** like this, he is literally ruining my life,
