I was up late two nights agoand I felt sick. So i went to my parents room to get some advil. (we keep it their bathroom) And as always, I knocked before going in. I knocked, heard the blankeds quikly moving, them talking, then my step-mom said "come in" so I went in. but i guess me dad was just about to come so he started making "pleasure noises" because i guess they didnt stop soon enough. So anyway, Iacted like nothing happened went and got the advil, and went out. But i also notice they were naked (could see my step-moms shoulders) so anyway i couldn't sleep all night because i knew what they were doing. I was so scarred! And then this morning before school (last day ) my step-mom asked me: "Are you sleeping alright these days? What happened the other night?" and i was so embarrased that i just left for school. I dont want it to be awkward between us for ever but i wont ever forget th noises he made. Im still pretty shaken up. How should i handle this?
