Your purpose may be to get good grades to go to a good university, and a good degree with a purpose of getting a good job after that may be important to you as well. However, the best universities there are teach collaborative learning. 99% of the jobs out there care less about how much you know and more of if you are able to work well with the other employees. This is definitely true in scientific research, which I am currently apart of.

Are you sure you are not using this 'efficiency' excuse for not socializing as a pretext for a true reason of something maybe like social anxiety? Are you trying to comfort your insecurity with a lie that makes you feel as if not being included in social interaction is your own choice? Maybe I'm wrong, just things to think about, I don't know you.

Just try to realize that interpersonal skills are very worth your time. Personally, I'd say they are the MOST important thing you can actually develop in high school. I mean, I only took 2 science classes in my four years of high school and now I'm getting my graduates degree in Neuroscience. I obviously didn't need high school science classes to achieve what I have. I attribute a lot of my success to the relationships I've had with my various professors and peers with common interests in the field. None of which would have been possible had I avoided human contact to fill my head with facts.

Caffeine is CAUSING both you physical and mental issues.
It is one of THE mot powerful psychoactive drugs on the planet
and depression and anxiety are symptoms of the addiction.
Please just go cold turkey. It's the only way. Headaches
and real depression will follow but will clear in 30 days or
so and you will have no more depression or anxiety.
The good news is your cure for depression and anxiety are just 30 days away.
Best of luck. PS: Eat healthy and exercise too during your withdrawals.
